For Postal Verification

Anyone can apply for verification of original / photo copy of documents like detail mark sheet / certificate etc. Issued by Swami Satyanand Vidhyapeeth.

Student / Companies / Organisations / Agencies/ Government Departments / Embassies who would like to verify the authenticity of the academic documents may have to following this procedure:

• Write an application for verification on simple paper/letter head and also mention (Enrolment Number, Roll Number, Certificate Number, Class & Session) in application also attach self attested photo copy of your documents with application.
• Send a demand draft of Rs. 1,000/- ( Non-refundable ) for each documents drawn in favour of “ Swami Satyanand Vidhyapeeth ” payable at Kashipur (U.S. Nagar).
• Add Rs 100/-postal charges extra in India and Rs. 1000/- for out of India.
• Verification charges for Central/State Government Departments are free.
• Normal period required for verification 30 days.
• Please, mention your postal address and phone no. On the application.
• Applicant has to send Completely filled in Application Form to the following Address through SPEED POST or Registered Post of India post only (Dispatch by any other mode or through Courier will not be accepted)
